Neighborlink Report Location of your Problem: 3603 S Kingsbury Ave Details: There is a house on our street, S Kingsbury Ave, that has been empty since November 2009 when the owner, Phyllis Phillips died. Different people from the neighborhood have mowed the front area from time to time. The house has several dead trees that need to be removed, lots of limbs and just recently a large part of the tree in the front yard came down in the winds and is still there. It makes the neighborhood look bad. We are hoping you will be able to help get our street looking good again! Location of your Problem: Details: Want to anonymously report suspicious activity at 1414 E. Elliston Drive, multiple visitors to this property at all hours of the day, individuals waiting in cars outside regularly who do not live there. Please keep anonymous, but want to encourage late night police presence or periodic visits to ensure neighborhood safety.

Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street?
