Dear Sir or Madam, Our recycling was only partially picked up today. Our container is still half full. Would you workers please be able to swing by and collect the rest of our recycling? Also, our yard waste was not collected today. We thought today was our scheduled day. I am not sure if the truck is still coming to collect or if we have the days wrong. Please let me know. Thank you

The property at 2308 S Woodbluff Ct has a large accumulation of trash outside of the house. This has been the case for several months. See attached photo. Please do not disclose my identity to the property owners. Thank you
When our recycling was picked up on Thursday, apparently half the material in the can was stuck and did not fall into the truck, maybe because a flattened cardboard box was a little bit wedged against the sides of the bin. So when we got home after the pickup, we found the bin still half-full. Maybe it is possible for the sanitation workers to double-check to make sure bins are properly emptied before returning them to the curb.
