Location of your Problem: 317 N Fairview St. Details: The residents In the Elias Abel house at 317 N. Fairview St. leaves their garbage and recycling bins on the sidewalk permanently. They impede walking and are unsightly. This is a recurring problem. Contact Info
Called OOTM and asked to remain anonymous but nature of her comments (and number on caller id) indicated it was Ms. Keene. Went into a long diatribe about her current landlord but didn't have any specifics on what the City should do to alleviate the problem. Said she has contacted the ICLU and will write a letter to the H-T.
He wants to know when the new speed limit (25 mph) will be installed on West 6th Street.

Vegetation is too high to see onto Vernal Pike from 11th Street
There are several bags of trash across the street from 1130 S. Madison Street. The trash is on the other side of the wooden barricade that is there. Picture attached to print out.
Are fireworks allowed in neighborhood; how much time; are they allowed to shoot them in other people's yards?
