Street & Traffic Signs

Not sure which category this belongs under. Lying on the north side of 11th Street about 1/3 of the way from Lincoln walking towards Washington is a large signage support that was likely stolen from a construction site or utility project. It does not have a sign attached, it's just the support. Maybe the City can figure out who it belongs to (?)

Hello,
On West 4th St, about 10-15 feet West of Rogers St, there is an indentation in the roadway, like a trough, that spans from the south side of 4th St, north to halfway across the westbound lane. I believe it should be filled.
Thanks!

East side of Dunn just north of Windfall Dancers. Mulberry and/or Bush honeysuckle overgrown and blocking sidewalk. We are not wanting the depressed (thuja/arborvitae) cut back, just the invasive so that pedestrians do not need to walk in the grassy ROW.

Corrections to case#193765 (due to auto-correct): overgrown invasives are on the *west* side of Dunn (not east), and the plants we would like preserved are *cypresses* (thuja/arborvitae, Cupressaceae), not "depressed".
