I am the current president of the Hyde Park Village HOA. We are updating our documents and are in need of current map of water and sewage plans for our neighborhood in order to define responsibility for damage to such. Please provide map of water and sewer lines for addresses on Mcartney Lane which is all of Hyde Park Village. Please also advise to which point the city is responsible for repairs. Thank you.

PREVIOUSLY REPORTED, NOT RESOLVED: I reached out to you on April 7, 2026 about an electrical wire that is sitting on top of my garage; it runs from my house to the electric pole in my yard. You recommended that I report it to Duke Energy - I did, on the same day - Ticket # D7806903. No one has repaired this dangerous situation yet, I am very concerned about a wire touching my garage which has my car and lawn equipment stored inside. What do you recommend should be my next steps as Duke was unresponsive? OTHER : Since that time, I noticed that there is a very large tree/branch on the town property in the rear of my yard. While I fully support residents’ ability to compost and maintain sustainable practices on their own property, the current placement of this compost pile is creating issues for others nearby. It has become a noticeable eyesore and is producing odors that are impacting the surrounding area. Please see several reports about this from many neighbors. This is an ongoing issue. Because this structure is located in the right-of-way, it affects not only the adjacent property but also the broader neighborhood. Composting should be maintained in a manner that does not negatively impact others, including being placed out of public view and at an appropriate distance from neighboring homes. I respectfully ask that this situation be reviewed and that the resident be required to relocate the compost pile to a more appropriate location on their property, where it is not visible from the street and does not create a nuisance for others.

There are multiple cars parked in front of 1397 W Adams Hill Circle that are never moved, some with multiple flat tires. The house is an eyesore with a rusted lawnmower in the side yard and appliances in the driveway often. I don't know which of these things can be cited but the cars in particular are an eyesore and nuisance.
