States that there is excessive speeding on Lincoln, is requesting a stop sign at Lincoln/Wylie.
tenant in unit 5 has papers, boxes and tons of combustibles all over the apartment very dangerous.
Stated that the alley behind his property is eroding due to storm water.
Fire at 901-903 S. Rogers St.
Apartments at 820 E. Hillside allow parking in the ROW. This is causing a line of sight problem. It is dangerous to pull out. Also, there is a drainage problem on the far west side of the property.
