I own the property located at 1005 N. Jackson St, 47404. Shortly after purchasing the property the house next door burned down. We felt very fortunate that our house was not damaged. The house was demolished, however, shortly after demolishing the house someone has set up a tent on the lot and multiple people have been seen using the tent. There is trash surrounding the tent. Though we have not seen a fire there is what appears to be a makeshift fire pit. We use this property as a short term rental and it has the proper permits. I am personally concerned about the safety of my wife who spends some of her days working on improvements within the property. Obviously concerned about the impact on our ability to rent the home with the above described situation. I'm not sure what can be done but after reviewing the code it does not seem like this fits the intended use of the property. I am also empathetic to the rise of homelessness in our community, but this is a residential neighborhood and for the safety of all community members something should be done. We dodged a serious issue when the house burnt down and worry we may not be so lucky if something happens again. Thanks for your attention to this matter, please reach out with any questions. This person is throwing trash out of his bathroom window. He has homeless people living, in a tent, in his yard. You have to go behind the white house down the alley.

The following neighbors of mine have trash littered all over the property, it's x100 times worse than Joe Davis's property, and I'd really like to have someone come please help me and my kids with this. They bring methhead friends to sleep in the tent behind the house, their sewer drains into yard, the summers are pure hell for my kids because they get bitten up so bad they cannot play outside and I can barely do mowing because all the tires and junk on the property where mosquitoes live. There are dozens of ferral cats running all over the place jumping into my trash containers that live on their property. The front and back yard have broken down vehicles leaking god knows what into the ground. he takes engines apart in the front yard, that spills off into mine. Why is Joe Davis' property headline news and these peoples aren't? I'm very confounded by this. I know you guys are busy but please help in getting them to clean this up.

There are mattresses, a small dresser, trash and broken down vehicle parked/abandoned at the northern trailhead on Dunn St. My neighbor says he saw a tent and campsite in the trail early this morning as well. I don't mind the squatter camping, but the excessive trash is unacceptable.

This neighbor is insane. His yard is a trash dump. He burns garbage in his yard every morning. He has spikes with helmets on them. He has a tent in his front yard. His driveway looks like a dumpster. Please do something to help our neighborhood not have to deal with this every day.

This tent has been blowing around and junking up the yard for over a week. Looks horrible and with the wind it could be dangerous.

Commercial tent is setup, possibly distributing electronic devices. The sidewalk is blocked by traffic of customers. City curbs shouldn't be used for private commerce without permit and traffic plan.

It’s probably time to have a refresher course for the Kilroy’s staff. They are blocking the sidewalk again. The queue barriers are creeping over the line and tonight with the rai,. there are tent poles in the middle of the 3 foot access, making it impassible I moved the pole and told the employee, but I think this should come from the.City.
