May not be exactly the right address, but this drains from a downspout into the sidewalk. Not code, right? (Among other problems, that water can freeze on the sidewalk in winter)
This street is in very critical condition. The potholes appear on a monthly basis. Several very large potholes appeared and repaired not too long ago, but new potholes keep appearing. New potholes, especially near driveways, are large enough to collect rain water in this season. Last year one pedestrian almost tripped. I see that High Street is currently under construction for new pavement. Can we please also get new pavement to prevent this frequently recurrent issues?
At the intersection of Fieldcreast Ave. and Brownridge Rd. in Hoosier Acres, there is a huge pothole that was created when the fixed a water main break. The road was never repaired. It is dangerous, especially because it is difficult to see around a large bush. Please fix the road and cut back the bush.
The sidewalk is unlevel and a safety hazard, especially when it rains mud and water collects making it slippery. There are a lot of elderly people in our community, which makes it a trip hazard. Also, in the winter makes it very difficult to shovel the snow. I submitted a request to have it repaired in December when they repaired the one across the street. While repairing the road and storm water drainage issue. The city workers damaged this curb with the excavator they were using. They came back and repaired other damage to curbs, but did not repair this damage.
Road disrepair -- Woodbine between Covenanter and Windermere Woods Dr. East side of the road. Due to the drainage that runs from Windermere down Woodbine to the distant drain on Covenanter, the road side has eroded terribly from water drainage. It's been patched before but the water flow continues to crumble the repairs. The distance between Covenanter and Windermere Woods Dr needs attention, please! Thanks so much!
City workers repaired a bad street water drain and in the process damaged the street and the concrete sidewalk area with their excavator. We had thought that they would return to finish the repairs, but it is still coned off and no one has returned. Previous case # 210610
The potholes are holding water and appear to be deteriorating further, creating a potential hazard for vehicles, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
Uneven surface next to driveway that is getting quite deep, fills up with water when it rains. Also very uneven sidewalk all the way to corner.
The grass behind the curb on the northeast corner of the 4th and Madison Street intersection has had a large gouge, caused by a tire, since last year. The gouge is very unsightly, especially for a recently improved intersection. It also releases muddy water every time it rains. Please repair the gouge and apply grass seed or sod (I recommend a small patch of sod, but use your best judgment). Thank you.
