Hello. We provide water at this address for the tenants (there are 3 units in this property) and they let us know they believe one of their trash bins has been stolen. Can this be replaced? Reporting large and suspicious hole next to water meter at the edge of the sidewalk. Could be due to a leak, or maybe an animal bureau. Not sure!
yellow water, mild GI symptoms
The water has grown increasingly yellow in the last few days and I am concerned about consuming it and using it to bathe.
Our water is slightly brown, and I am concerned. I have noticed the same at my workplace at 316 West Sixth Street Bloomington, IN 47404
May not be exactly the right address, but this drains from a downspout into the sidewalk. Not code, right? (Among other problems, that water can freeze on the sidewalk in winter)

Brown water. Toilets, sinks, tub. Run for several minutes and all comes out a medium brown color. Hot or cold water. Several days in a row now.
The cover for the water meter is very loose on the sidewalk. It presents a hazard for people walking and for strollers and wheelchairs.
