My water bill isn’t regulated and the water bill fluctuates and without information about why my bills are higher I am only a household of one person - and my power goes on and off and it’s off sometimes for longer than 8 hours. I also found out they have empty trailers and they are having us residence cover the bills for those empty trailers and that isn’t right.

This is a business account, Belle Tire, See attached video of leaking water meter. We had a plumber come out for frozen line, after defrosting and getting water moving again, this leak was discovered. Onsite contact is Nic Parton the store manager, phone number 812-822-3726. Water coming up slowly from roadway. The road has been wet for a few days now just north of the railroad tracks crossing Curry Pike. Best I can tell when driving through it appears the water is coming from an area of the road under the yellow striped paint. I don’t see any large obvious manholes there but maybe one of those small ones is there? I just thought someone official should go investigate why the road has been consistently wet in that area.
Water is cloudy to the point it looks gray a the longer you let it run it just gets worse. Is there an issue an I'm not comfortable drinking or cooking with the quality of water
Cold water is coming out with a yellow tint. Also when you flush the toilet it fills back up with water that has a yellow tint also. Multiple apartments that I know in orchard glen are having the same issues !

Starting today 9/6 around 3:20 pm our tap water has a yellow color. I was told there is a high concentration of manganese and someone could flush the lines near our house on Tuesday 9/8. Thank you!
