I don't have a current photo but particularly since the utility work completed on this stretch of road the parking spots in front of the shops flood and hold water. The gradient actually seems to slope away from the drain instead of towards. As a result, we frequently have to bail out the parking spots to make them usable for customers. Flooding issues include the accessible parking spot, which poses a risk to the mobility impaired. How can we best collaborate on a solution? Thanks!

Near the alley way at 401 N Dunn water does not drain properly and builds up with gravel and dirt making it difficult for handicap travel. 8th Street has been paved over so many times that drainage is impaired. There is quite a bit of debris there now and this holds a lot of water during a rain event. Finally the alley has been patched a little but it is in pretty bad shape and needs redone. What IS GOING ON? I reported a water valve cover missing over 3 weeks ago on 1800 E Hillside Dr at the corner of 1500 S Dorchester Dr. You have an 8" hole in the road & right at school bus stop.

8" water valve cover popped off at Hillside & Dorchester. Eastbound lane of Hillside. Cover at base of stopsign/streetsign SE corner of intersection. This is the 3rd time I've reported this in just over a week (1st 2x's by phone). Why don't you replace with a cover that can be LOCKED DOWN to keep it in place?

In February a water main burst and was promptly repaired. The hole has been filled but complete resurfacing has not been done. When can residents expect this to be completed? Thank you.

Water meter cover in the middle of the street needs replacing. It's broken and you could trip in it if you're not careful

Just north of 926 S. Highland Ave., a 15 ft area of the west side of the street (and storm drain) has crumbled to gravel-size and larger chunks of asphalt. As result of an earlier complaint, a small part was patched with blacktop that has now crumbled. My concern is not the ugly appearance. If we have a 5-10 year rain storm, the runoff down S. Highland easily will clog the storm drain underneath a parking area (owned by the city) in front for my home and likely will flood the first level of my home. I have observed the enormous flow of water in the storm drain during normal heavy rain and am certain an unusual downpour will now cause flooding. Please consider sending a truck to remove the street/storm drain debris.
