Hi, not sure what category this goes into...at the corner of Woodlawn & Southdowns, southeast corner, there's a big culvert on the east side, and this was blocked by leaves. When I walked by this morning the ditch was 4' deep full of water and spilling over the road; on my way back a guy & his dog were trying to clear out some of the leaves. This area needs a street drain. Every time it rains water pools at this corner making it difficult for people walking down the sidewalk to cross the street. During the winter, this turns into a block of ice making it very dangerous for people crossing the street. Children in this neighborhood walk to Child's Elementary School and have to jump over the puddle of water when it's warm and try not to fall on the block of ice that form here during the winter. Please install a street drain in this location. Thank you.

Trying to figure out who and when will my driveway and curb be repaired? Some weeks back the main water line busted and to fix it the utility company had to cut out part of my driveway, curb and street. When can I expect some solution?

On Sunday there was a break in a water pipe that necessitated digging up the street in from of our house and mail box.The work was left unfinished, I assume due to the snow fall. Is it possible t repair and finish now that the weather has improved. It is difficult for the mailman to deliver mail.

Just north of 926 S. Highland Ave., a 15 ft area of the west side of the street (and storm drain) has crumbled to gravel-size and larger chunks of asphalt. As result of an earlier complaint, a small part was patched with blacktop that has now crumbled. My concern is not the ugly appearance. If we have a 5-10 year rain storm, the runoff down S. Highland easily will clog the storm drain underneath a parking area (owned by the city) in front for my home and likely will flood the first level of my home. I have observed the enormous flow of water in the storm drain during normal heavy rain and am certain an unusual downpour will now cause flooding. Please consider sending a truck to remove the street/storm drain debris.

Due to a crack in the curb and an uneven grade, all of the water in our cul de sac floods the water meter cover and my driveway and backyard when it rains.

Having a lot of issues with the street eroding from storm water on our corner of the cul de sac. Causing multiple trip hazards and a large pot hole in front of drive way entrance. Would like to have the issues assessed and filled or a timeline for repaving within the neighborhood. Thank you
