5 gallon buckets w/water in yard, attracting mosquitoes, yard not mowed this year, grass at knee height
The house has not been lived in for over a year; there is water in the basement of the house, mold, and excessive growth in the yard. The address is 4798 N Old State Road 37, 47408
Yard waste, claims "poison" being poured on the area where excessive growth. Concerned about "poison" getting into other yards, being near children and the safety of the water supply.
Water heater turned off Feb. 7th, believes there to be a problem with the heater. Turned on at her request today (March 08) but nothing done. Fears heater not functioning properly.
Water from the basement is being pumped into the alley, creating a huge puddle which will freeze, and is flooding adjacent properties. this property has recently changed hands and new owner has returned the sump pump discharge to a place we have made previous owner remove it from. Planning dept. has requirements for parking spaces which must be met in the near future, complainant wants compliance officer to be aware of these requirements and monitor them also.

Someone has dumped a water heater on the curb. The caller said that it is right across from the tennis court.
