House directly behind her - either 1207 or 1209 (PLEASE NOTE) has left trash can out in alley that is now full of water & is attracting flies & mosquitos. Also said grass in back yard is 2 feet high & is never mowed.
Grass not mowed & trash not tagged. Also trash can left by previous tennants has trash & filled w/ water.
