I'm unable to find where I can submit payment online for my water bill. I've gone to the "Pay Utility Bill" page, but there isn't a link for Aqua Pay.

There is a gravel area between 730 Atwater and 725 Hunter where the stones have been displaced causing a large pothole. This has become dangerous for the people living in the surrounding houses because when the hole fills with water and freezes in the winter, it becomes very slippery. Also, small cars bottom out when they hit that pothole, and it can't be avoided. It could use some more gravel brought in as soon as possible.

There is a giant hole in the alley way behind 809 S. Fess around where work was done on a manhole some time ago. The hole has gotten huge and when it rains it fills with water. Many cars use this alley to get to parking behind their houses. When filled with water, the hole can nearly swallow a small car. It continues to get larger as time is passing and is dangerous.

On Walnut Street northbound in front of the pet store near BHSS, there is a water/utility cover that is open or raised up in the street. I saw it yesterday, but hit it in the dark this morning.

Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. To whom it may concern: I was at the website for sustainability and water barrels, here: http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=5952 There is a paragraph, "A typical rain barrel is a drum with 50-60 gallons of capacity. In Bloomington, you can buy a rain barrel from Earth Care, the Monroe County Soil & Water Conservation District and others. Or, you can build your own! Download our step-by-step instructionshere (DOC 368.00 KB)." Unfortunately the link to the "Monroe County Soil & Water Conservation District" seems to go to a New York page! I doubt this is intentional? Please let me know. The 2013 fee schedule says $45 for a rain barrel, which I might be interested in if I can really pick one up in Bloomington IN. Thank you! At the intersecetion of Sweetbriar Dr. and Sweetbriar Circle in Winslow Farm Addition,(across from BHS South baseball field) the metal water cover has popped up. I looks like it is cracked/broken and someone needs to check on it as it could damage cars, tires or someone might step into the hole.

Can you tell me when 8th Street west of Adams will be patched or repaved? CBU finished replacing a water line weeks ago and coming and going is a jarring experience, especially treacherous by bicycle.

Hi there! My name is Melanie Nelson, I work in environmental services for Daly City. Our department is putting together a workshop on water conservation in the home as part of our "Going Green" series. We see it as a great way to protect the environment while also educating the community and saving them money, it's a win-win-win situation! Your page, http://bloomington.in.gov/waterwise , has been awesome as a guide for the event planning committee, and we can't thank you enough for posting it! The reason I'm emailing you is because a local middle school class has been helping us with the endeavor as a volunteer project and they (very proudly, I might add) found a great article here: http://www.improvenet.com/a/water-conservation-at-home . The article is a basic overview for children on water conservation in the home and its benefits, with links to several great sources for both children and adults. I think the kids would be absolutely stoked if you were to post a link to the article on your page, they love to help out wherever they can, and seeing the link on your page would show them that they've made a difference and their actions have had an impact (however small).
