DAVIS OWNS A RENTAL NEAR THE CORNER OF 5TH & JEFFERSON. THERE IS WATER POOLING ON BOTH SIDES OF JEFFERSON AND COMING UP TO THE SIDE OF HER RENTAL UNIT. SHE WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE PROBLEM.
Complaint was relayed by David Hamilton. Problem with drainage ditch and drain going under Concord. Apparently it is not handling the water the way that it should and is eroding Mr. Burton's yard.
TREES WERE TAKEN DOWN LAST FALL AND WATER HAS BEEN STANDING SINCE.
WATER RUNS FROM NEIGHBORS DRIVE INTO HIS YARD. WATER POND IN THE INTERSECTION OF FIFTH AND OVERHILL.
MS KLEINDORFER IS COMPLAINING THAT DO TO THE DRAINAGE OF WATER IT IS CAUSING WATER, DIRT AND SAND TO GO DOWN HER DRIVEWAY. SHE CONTACTED STREET DEPT AND THEY WENT OUT AND SWEPT THE STREET FOR HER BUT THE PROBLEM STILL REMAINS.
Mr. White stated that the Utilities Dept. had been out to clean out the pipe next to his house. But that he still has a problem with water eroding his yard away. When he talked with Utilities, they stated that there is nothing else that they can do.
STORM WATER DRAINING IN DITCH IS CAUSING HIS YARD BANK TO COLLASPE
Mr. White called to tell us of a drainage pipe that is clogged at 1315 W. 6th St. It is creating water runoff problems
The water runs down the street onto his driveway and then floods his house.
Water is ponding in his backyard.
