My home owner association asked me to request replacement of the water valve covers as seen in the attached document. The 3' diameter one does not fit it's nest and the 8 '' one is missing.
My home owners association asked that I request replacement of the cast iron water utility valve covers in my neighborhood. I have attached a picture of the one that is missing. It is a 8'' diameter cover located on the east turnabout. There is also a 3' cover that does not fit in it's nest in the yard of unit 713.

Hello. I actually live at 410 S. Walnut, and I am beyond furious. You have workers "fixing" the roads on Walnut. They start before 7 everyday - which isn't even the problem. They shut off the water without alerting us. I have an important class I have to attend today looking horrible because I was not alerted to the fact that our water would be shut off. I am beyond disappointed. I can't even eat my breakfast this morning because oatmeal requires water. We deserve better from you.
I have a rental property located @ 519 W Graham Plc (Timberridge condos) they have informed me that there is a water leak and the information came from your dept. I am wondering if I could get more information regarding this and if your worker turned off the water @ the meter to see the needle spinnng or if it was determined by the usage??? My utilities bill covering services from 01/02/2013 - 01/31/2013 indicate a charge of $61.76. My water was shut off during this period. Please suggestion an answer. Thanks
Friday and Monday I came home to a house full of nasty sewer gasses. My toilet and bathtub trap had been sucked dry of water. I've spoken to my neighbors and it's happening all up the street. My address is 903 W. GOurley Pike. (Your location map is confused.) I have a sickly cat at home and I am seriously concerned that if this continues he may die.
