I'M NOT SURE IF IT IS A BURST PIPE IN MY YARD OR ONE UNDER THE HOUSE. IT DOES MAKE SENSE BECAUSE MY WATER BILL WENT UP $20 IN MY MAY WATER BILL

Is there possibly a map of pipes so we could find which one is leaking?
