After our new meter was installed, there appears to be standing water around the meter. I think it should be looked at for leakage.

MY NEIGHBOR JUST INFORMED ME OF WATER IN THE ALLEY THAT LOOKS LIKE ITS COMING FROM UNDER MY YARD AND RUNNING KIND OF FAST. HE SAID IT WAS THE THIRD TIME SEEING IT.
