As of December 1st my current lease will expire and possession of the property will return to the property holder. I would like to know the proper steps that I need to take that would remove the water bill from my name and place it back into the leasing agent/property holder's name. Hello, My name is Samantha Schiffman. I used to live t 418 e. 8th street. I have called 7 times all during operating hours to try to shut off my water/ transfer payments to sheree Demming properties.
