Hi, not sure what category this goes into...at the corner of Woodlawn & Southdowns, southeast corner, there's a big culvert on the east side, and this was blocked by leaves. When I walked by this morning the ditch was 4' deep full of water and spilling over the road; on my way back a guy & his dog were trying to clear out some of the leaves. Greetings- Please direct this to Angie Grubb-Flick's attention. On Indiana Ave just north of Kirkwood in the east side lane there appear to be two missing water valve lids. We are having a road foot race (city permit obtained) on Saturday morning Oct 27, 2018 and need these lids replaced or filled for safety.

At the intersection of Rose and E Second a water main valve cover is upside down and sticking out. The edges are sharp, could ruin a tire one of these days.

Road and sidewalk need to be repair after water line problem

Good morning Is this road ever going to be repaired? Someone made a big deal about this a while back, and we were told it is the city's responsibility and would be repaired after graduation. It is almost July and the situation keeps getting worse. As seen in the attached picture, the water is always there. It is constantly leaking from the sewer. The road in question is East 11th and Fee Ln.

Could your department please look into why Leonard Springs Rd always floods near the Van Buren Apartments. The ditches hold water and because the road dips in the same area the road is always flooded when it rains as well. Thank you Laura Lane

Not a pothole, but I couldn't find a means of making this request. Utilities recently repaired a water leak on North Dunn Street just north of Tamarack Trail. The repair is worse than a nuisance; it is rather dangerous. The repair of new asphalt rises up to speed bump heights, bone jarring and quite hard on the vehicles passing over it. Motorists now are driving off the road on either side to avoid this obstacle. At speeds greater than 10 mph one's vehicle is in danger of damage. Would you please check this obstacle and take action to repair the repair? Many thanks.

Location: 2601 N. Kinser Pike Very rough temporary patch on water main repair. High traffic location needs overdue attention to smooth suspension damaging city street section.
