Recently, I reported some damage to the E. Regents Circle street, which the City immediately fixed. The repair work was OUTSTANDING, by the way! The promptness and quality of the repair work was spot-on ... many thanks to the City! However, after a few months we've noticed that the asphalt used for the repair appears to now be "separating" from the original pavement of the East edge of street (see attached photo). Our concern is that as winter approaches, there will be opportunities for water/snow/ice to accumulate, freeze, and actually cause *more* damage to the original repair work. There is a large pothole on the road that continues to retain water after it gets wet. There is mud that collects in the area and creates problems.

Hole in road on Palmer just north of Dodds. Possible storm water pipe that has deteriorated, rusted sharp metal just below road surface.

It is stated that this is done but the picture clearly shows where there are still large pot holes that look like a small pond in between our parking lot and the apartment building across. There is obviously water in the large holes so if this needs to be done when it is dry outside I would think that would be the best time to fill it so it is even. The job work done in less than an hour time does not look like an efficient job.

In front of our home, 2301 E Arden Dr, there is fairly significant erosion taking place along the edge of the road. I know it's hard on the snow plows and it's just crumbling and could use a fresh layer of tar. If you all could please add that to the repair list, I haven't noticed a lot of trouble elsewhere on the street, but we are on a corner, at the bottom of an incline, and near a water drain. I would really appreciate it. Thank you!!!

There is a really big hole at the corner of East Thornton Drive and South Covey Lane - it gets bigger with each rain (water runs down the hill off Thornton). Do you think that this can be patched soon before it gets much worse? Thank you so much.

We own a house located at 1222 S Stull Ave. There is a very large drop off from the street to the yard area due to erosion and water flow. It is very difficult to park a car along the side of the street. I see where other adjacent property owners must have experienced a similar issue in the past and the area has been filled in with asphalt. Is this something the street department can review and advise on options? Thanks and please advise.
