There is a creek that runs in the back of his property. The drain is clogged. The property in the back has recently done some landscaping diverting the water to Johnson's property. The creek runs into a culvert. The culvert seems to be clogged causing a backup of water on Johnson's property. Gary Walls is the builder. The house was built in 1996.

There is a burst pipe over spot 316 in the 4th St parking garage. Also, when I was parked in this spot yesterday I came out of work at 5:00 to find water pouring onto my windshield from this pipe. Note that this water was not coming from the break in the pipe (shown in the photo above), but from a location directly above where a Prius-sized car's windshield would be.

MR SEUBERT STATES THAT THE STORM WATER PIPE ON THE EAST SIDE OF LEONARD SPRINGS ROAD BETWEEN 3100 - 3200 IS CLOGGED. WHEN IT RAINS THE WATER POOLS IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE CAUSING A DANGEROUS SITUATION. STREET CLEANERS CAME BY WHILE HE WAS WASHING HIS CAR, DUSTING IT ALL UP. THE MACHINES WERE BROKEN OR OUT OF WATER. HE THINKS THEY SHOULD BE FIXED AND FILLED.
