Storm drain at walnut st pike and heather drive not picking up water runoff coming down the hill from south. Runoff deposits large amounts of gravel in the turn lane to heather dr. Reported this several months ago. Drain pipe going a cross the road was cleaned. Real problem is that drain on walnut pike does not catch the water, it swirls by the drain and turns into heather and goes down that drain. Slowing for the turn allows gravel to be deposited in the road. Makes a potentially dangerous turn for cars slowing to turn. Especially when it "ices" up.

We live at the bottom of a hill and there is no storm drain on our road at all. As a result, we get all the water runoff from Adams and connecting roads directly into our yard. We would like a drain put into our block. Additionally, we have had major flooding in our back yard from the open water ditch that runs next to our house (we have already reported this once). Something needs to be done to prevent our house being flooded out because of city drainage issues. Thank you. We live at 1315 W 6th St.

There is an inordinate amount of water that comes off 2nd St in a big drain pipe and into the backyards. Her neighbor enclosed a drainage swale and the pipe is not deep enough and now pushes water onto a different location on her property. She said a guy from the City came out before and said what her neighbor did on his property was wrong and changed things. She has hired a contractor to try and fix her property so it doesn't go in her crawl space but wants the city to look at it because she isn't sure she can do these things and isn't sure she is responsible.

She left a voice mail indicating her parents live at this address and have had problems with water damage and drainage for the last couple years. Water comes off neighbor's driveway and across road and down their driveway. She has pictures. She said she and her brother will be in town next week and want to try a resolve this issue. She wanted to know if she could send me pics, have someone look at it and let her know if it might be an issue with the road slope or if it's a private home issue. And if it is a private home issue, who she could call to help her fix it next week. She said she teaches so can't answer the phone but asked me to text her an email address so she could send the photos.

Yellowwood Ct. There is a city storm drain that dumps a river of water from the south side of my property all the way the way to the other end, then continues into the neighbors yard. As you can see in the attached photos, this is causing a great deal of soil erosion, property damage and negatively affecting the value of my home. When I purchased the home, I was told there were no issues with water. But I am now told by neighbors the previous owners spent a lot of time and money trying to repair the damage. She said they have a situation with their neighbor, his back yard joins their back yard, and he has rigged a pipe that collects water from his gutters and is going into their yard. It's coming into their back yard and she want to know if he can do that.
