I'm trying to pay my water bill, and keep getting this error: Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. Large areas of potholes, some very deep, on Highland Avenue. The worst area is just north of Winslow Road, where the Winslow Trail merges with the sidewalk on Highland. Often filled with water so it is difficult to tell how deep they are when driving. Also, large areas of potholes are present on both sides of Rogers Road, toward the top of the hill at the entrance to The Stands neighborhood (up the east hill from the Winslow/High/Rogers Roundabout). On February 17th 2014, I was driving northbound on Liberty Drive. I was in front of Arthur Solutions when I hit a pothole that was filled with water. The pothole not only took out one of my tires, but two. Does the city do any reimbursements for accidents such as these? Please contact my via phone. My quick trip to the grocery store ended up leaving me a repair bill for over four hundred dollars.

We had a massive overflow of the drainage ditch next to our house after tonight's (2/20) storm. There must be some blockage at the end of the drain because water poured out of the ditch and basically covered our half of our backyard. The ditch either needs to be dug deeper and/or it needs to be cleared of debris in order to assure adequate drainage. We have photos for visual evidence but were unable to upload them through this website. Thank you for your attention to the matter.

We live at the bottom of a hill and there is no storm drain on our road at all. As a result, we get all the water runoff from Adams and connecting roads directly into our yard. We would like a drain put into our block. Additionally, we have had major flooding in our back yard from the open water ditch that runs next to our house (we have already reported this once). Something needs to be done to prevent our house being flooded out because of city drainage issues. Thank you. We live at 1315 W 6th St.

Our next door neighbor (to the west) have a giant pile of garbage and a separate pile of kitty litter in his back yard. Both piles are several feet tall and several feet wide. You can smell the piles around the neighborhood. They are also hazardous since they are right next to an open water drainage ditch. I know that these same people have been reported to the city several times before about the same thing (by the previous owners). What can be done to address this issue?

For the past few days I have noticed moisture apparently coming from under the street at the corner of my yard in the Linden Hill subdivision. The gutter in front of my mailbox seems to have a small amount of water present when no other standing water is visible in the neighborhood. Looks like an underground leak which needs to be investigated. Not bad now but could get worse. Thanks.
