3120 East Goodnight Way, dog owners keep dog on a tiny balcony with no shelter, food, or water in all weather. It is often visibly and audibly in distress. I'm unsure of the apt number but it is the top floor, road side of the building, on the right as you look from the road. On the left hand side of the open stairway/hallway area.

Drainage or Runoff

111 S Meadowbrook DR

Case Date:
4/18/2019

Help - Runoff backup issues! Insufficient runoff drainage on the East side of S. Meadowbrook Dr in Parkridge East between 111 S. Meadowbrook drive and the 101 S Meadowbrook Dr causing significant backups and flooding for residents. Particularly the runoff drainage ditch is blocking the culvert in front of 111 S. Meadowbrook. Picture attached. Request the drainage ditch be deepened in this area so that the culvert is unblocked and provides sufficient slope to keep water flowing toward E. Morningside runoff drainage.

I am a resident of Bloomington and live at: 3445 Constance Avenue I am enrolled in a college course called Environmental Technology. I have a project to perform and was asked by my instructor for the following items of the city where I live, Water Treatment Facility. 1. Types of pipe material 2. Initial cost of the water treatment system 3. Design water flow rate 4. Number of water towers and pumping stations 5. Problems with the system since it was built in 1967 6. Change in elevation from highest to lowest compared to where the location of water treatment facility 7. Types of disinfectant used I found three websites with a lot of information that I need but is there any other sites that would give me some of the answers to the questions listed above? I called the site at 812- 824-9311 with little success. thank you for your time. Sincerely, Joe Schartz

Our water bill has grown exponentially over the last year and we cannot find a reason why. We have had plumbers out who can find no leak so we are turning to the water company to help us investigate.

Potholes, Other Street Repair

3084-3372 N Dunn St, Bloomington, Indiana, 47408

Case Date:
4/24/2019

N Dunn St, on the slope down to the Griffy water plant: a depression on centerline needs filling up. Not technically a pothole, as the pavement is not broken. But a dip 2-3" deep, which causes northbound traffic to go into the other lane to avoid it - as no one wants to risk going too far to the right, off the road, and down the hill into the lake.

Water Utility Problems

463 S Bay Hill CT

Case Date:

Good morning. My name is Kevin. About two months ago I put in a ureport stating that my pipes were vibrating. You sent someone out and they checked and there was no air in the pipes. Since then I have had two plumbers out and also American Leak Detection to verify there was not a leak. They have not been able to find any issues with anything in my house. They thought it was an issue with the new water heater that was put in. They removed the water heater from the water system and the issue continued. The issue that I am having is that sometimes I will hear vibrating in the pipes and other times it will sound like a car engine running. Sometimes it will last a few seconds and then stop other it will last hours. The starts randomly. I will go to bed and nothing and when I wake up it will be making the noise. The issue will stop once I shut the water to the house off. Also if I check my water usage, I am using no water. If I check my neighbors which is in the same hole as mine their water meter is running about a gallon a minute when my pipes are making the noise. When my pipes are quiet their water is not moving at all. If you have any ideas what could be causing the issue please let me know. We have checked everything in my house and no plumber was able to find anything wrong. If you need to reach me my number is 920-933-9101 and I will be home all day tomorrow Friday April 26.
