The alleyway between Cardinal Spirits at 922 S Morton St and the building to the North of us continues to flood and cause water to flood down into our building. We would like to request some kind of simple drainage solution such as a ditch to be installed to mitigate this problem.

I think my water meter is switched with my neighbors. Both water meters are in the same hole. After verifying that neither water meter was reading water usage, I turned on a faucet in my house. The water meter that was moving when I had my water running was not the meter listed on my bill.
I will be leaving Bloomington on the 31st and would like to schedule a time for the water to be turned off for my unit.

During rain, the surrounding mud and grime around the skatepark at the new Switchyard park drains into the park itself since there is no finished edgings. I don't know what sort of timeline the construction crews have on getting to this, but I just wanted to point out how bad it gets. Some friends had to get wet and dirty in order to unclog one of the drains and get the water out from the park. We had to get our own brooms out to clean this up later on after it had dried. I understand it's cold season and there may not be anything to be done, but I feel like it needs pointed out. The skatepark itself is wonderful, but the work around it has been poorly taken care of. Wilton Drive: The pavement has washed away due to the water being directed from Arden Hills into our neighborhood. Please advise when our street will be re-paved.
