The person that this is addressed to does not live here at 5314 S. Southway Drive. And we keep getting bills for them. Have came to report this in person and also attempted to call your office with no results. Please get this taken care of. If not to stop the annoyance to me, to help this person keep their water on.
The water pressure is really low.
I contacted James last week since our water was yellow/brown when turned hot. He said to let the water run for a few minutes then put water from each faucet, hot and cold, into 2 clear water jars, from each faucet. The color is still present, but the water is much clearer. Our water bill has grown exponentially over the last year and we cannot find a reason why. We have had plumbers out who can find no leak so we are turning to the water company to help us investigate.
I’ve been using the trails mainly Clear Creek for several years. I’m a bike rider plus walking. The Clear Creek trail seems to be ignored a lot in the last year or so. In the past couple of weeks we have had strong winds, some trees have blown down. The trees were removed in a timely fashion but the small limbs and debris from t/he clean up was left untouched. One area north of That Road and just north of the water fountain gravel and dirt continues to wash out onto the trail but nothing is ever done to resolve the problem. Walking is not as bad as biking but biking can be a real hassle. The trail gets so bad sometimes that I go to Karst Farm even though it’s not as convenient. It seems a lot is being spent to develop the area south of Grimes and Clear Creek gets ignored. I see maintenance workers driving up and down the trail and they even sit and talk a lot but no one ever gets out of the vehicle to improve the trail when only a few minutes could make a big difference. Water leak causing increase in water bill
This is across from 808 S Whitley Drive In Gentry Estates. It was taken last night. There is still standing water this morning.
Water was coming up around the new cover installed (City water line) near our front yard- not sure if there is a leak but the neighbor came over to tell us about it last evening when she was walking her dog. 818 Estate Drive in Clear Creek Estates
Is there an issue with the water? At my residence at 824 S Eastside Dr there is no water pressure.
