I live at 3260 Southern Oaks dr there is a cover not on /missing on a water valve at 3256 Southern oaks dr. My neighbor has hit it with his lawn mower and destroyed 2 of them see rust in the picture of the last hit this year. They are Chinese I believe here affiliated with IU. I have tried to put this lid back on and it seems to be not the lid for this or there is another reason it will not fit. It is a trip hazard right next to the sidewalk. water main break (again) 900 block of Grant and Dixie no water at 402 E Dodds, why would that break affect my address? Will we be notified if we need to boil water? We were not notified until after the fact when the last water main break happened a few weeks ago. I read it in the paper.

Turned on the tap this morning and have no water. No construction going on, all was fine yesterday. This is 916 S Henderson St, 812-339-2628.

Dear Bloomington water department., Last week my pipes froze your team came to my home promptly and turned off the water right after calling for an emergency shut off at the meter. I am back to town and would like to have your team come back to my home and turn the water back on at the meter. Please let me know if this can happen this afternoon, I would like to be at the house when the water is turned back on so that I can deal with any water issues if I have a broken pipe. Thank you!
