(see photo) Although this may look like a private driveway, it is not. This is a city alley. My property is 708, 710, and 712 N. Oolitic St. This alley runs behind it. If one looks at a City plot map, it can be seen that this is a city right-of-way running from W. 11th St. to W. 12th St, to 13th, 14th...etc. For the longest time, this alley right-of-way was unused. Then Habitat built some houses on Lindbergh, so the city reopened sections of the alley to be used by the Habitat residents. As you can see, it is paved with gravel. To my knowledge, it has never received another layer since the original. Since all the potholes around the city are being repaired, I am hoping these "potholes" can be as well. There is a large drop off from the blacktop of 12th St and we have practically constant mud in the water holes. Also, as you can see, we have grass growing through. Would it be possible to have some new gravel spread - at least on the lower section where the mud holes are? It would be greatly appreciated.

There is no water pressure in our house. First noticed around 6:30am. East 10th street, Grandview Heights neighborhood (N Grandview Dr, between fountain park apartments and Smith Rd.). No leaks found, wondering if there is a main break or similar issue.

Our water bill has grown exponentially over the last year and we cannot find a reason why. We have had plumbers out who can find no leak so we are turning to the water company to help us investigate.

This house is outside of city limits. Hello, I would like to know I contact about neighbors letting their trash build up. The neighbors are in section 8 housing, but there is no reason to not keep up with burning their trash. This is causing a health hazard to the rest of us. One of my other neighbors just told me he has already talked with them and they don't seem to care. He even stated that he called the police, but the police, said they can't do anything about it because outside of city limits they are allowed to burn trash. But the problem is they are not burning it, "IT IS BEING PILED UP BY THEIR HOUSE" (yellow house on McCormick Lane), this is causing a rodent issues and problems for the rest of us. The same neighbor told me he woke up this morning with two dead mice floating in his dish water...very nasty he said. If you are the right people I should be contacting, please point in the direction of those I should contact. This problem needs to be address, before the rest of us are over-run with rodents and other unwanted critters. I would like to remain anonymous, but if not so be it! Thank you.

I’ve been using the trails mainly Clear Creek for several years. I’m a bike rider plus walking. The Clear Creek trail seems to be ignored a lot in the last year or so. In the past couple of weeks we have had strong winds, some trees have blown down. The trees were removed in a timely fashion but the small limbs and debris from t/he clean up was left untouched. One area north of That Road and just north of the water fountain gravel and dirt continues to wash out onto the trail but nothing is ever done to resolve the problem. Walking is not as bad as biking but biking can be a real hassle. The trail gets so bad sometimes that I go to Karst Farm even though it’s not as convenient. It seems a lot is being spent to develop the area south of Grimes and Clear Creek gets ignored. I see maintenance workers driving up and down the trail and they even sit and talk a lot but no one ever gets out of the vehicle to improve the trail when only a few minutes could make a big difference. Newly installed water line was turned on and it is leaking profusely directly from the meter. Shut the water off at street to stop leaking until it can be fixed.
