I am a EC commissioner and Utility Dept Storm sewer volunteer and have been trying to keep my neighborhoods storm drains clear to prevent street flooding. I have been removing pavement fragments for several months that have washed downhill to the storm sewers at the intersection of Queensway and Chelsey Court. Today I cleared the debris from these at this location and added new eroded pavement that have been washing downslope to the drains. I consolidated the material on the curb and grass at the northeast drain at the intersection. This material can and has obstructed the drains and some has washed into the underground sewer line. Thus these drains when obstructed can result in street flooding, blocking the underground storm sewer and result in stream water contamination. Can these debris be removed and disposed of? An 8 by 2 ft. Section of S. Highland on the west side of the steeet next to the storm drain section (near my house at 926 S. Highland) has buckled and crumbled into various sizes of asphalt chunks. If we have a sustained and severe downpour of rain, the water running down the street will carry the chunks into and block the storm drain under my front drive (on city property) and cause flooding. I am 81 and am unable to clear the street myself. May I ask you to inspect the area and possibly remove the debris? Thank you.

Water coming up from under street at the corner or 15th and North Fairview has caused 3' deep holes.

The side of the street some 4 feet long has sunk into the ground, creating a large hole that regularly fills with water.

Several grade and issues with crumbling street surface on E. Linden Hill. Last year the water main was repaired and the street was partially resurfaced (by hand mixing) leaving the street with unlevel surfaces. In addition other parts of the street that are crumbling were not repaired. The street is fairly small so resurfacing the entire street with blacktop at the same time would easily rectify the issues that are on the whole street.

Potholes and deep cracks on southbound side of High Street between Hillside and Arden. It is critical for bicycle riders to stay to the far right as they ride south because of the blind hill; however, the potholes and cracks at the edge of the lane prevent this. Also please note the large crack/gap in asphalt near the water drain. The entire southbound lane could use resurfacing.

Someone needs to fix this before the street collapses. The utilities company says there’s a stream under ground that is bubbling to the surface. Additional background: there was a water main break about 6-10 feet from this location about 6 months ago and there was no indication there was a river running underground.

We have a drive/eyebrow off Winslow Farm Dr. Would like for city to repair the potholes/low places that hold water where the two roads meet, the drive through and Winslow Farm Dr. These places keep holding water and getting deeper.

Wilton Drive: The pavement has washed away due to the water being directed from Arden Hills into our neighborhood. Please advise when our street will be re-paved.
