My water consumption use (and corresponding bill) is twice as much as any of my other previous months. We have not increased our usage during March - if anything, it should be a little less since we were out of town for a week. This reading cannot be accurate.
Please say you will discontinue your current practice of "estimating" costs. For me, for two months in a row, the winter estimations are more than six times my historical average. I use water for sprinklers in the summer, not the winter. I use 3 to 4 units in the winter, but I'm being charged for 15. Please stop that practice.
We had our landlord come and check out the house and they didnt find any leaks. We’ve been gone all month so there’s no way we could’ve used that much water. What can we do to ensure that we don’t have to pay a huge bill for water we couldn’t have used? Thanks
Extremely high bill that was a problem last month, and is again a problem this month. Im not paying for water I didn’t use. I can’t afford it, I’m a college student. The bill went from $40-50 to $250-$350. This is ridiculous. We usually average 4-5 thousand gallons.. The first high bill was 26 thousand gallons, the second (most recent) bill is 20 thousand gallons. Maintenance for my apartment has come and checked everything, nothings wrong. Has to be a bigger problem. The bill needs to be waived, and the problem needs to be fixed. I live at Hoosier Court Apartments, apartment 519.
I got my utility bill for this month that states that I did not pay the utility amount for the previous month. I have a credit card statement saying that I did. I called a couple weeks ago and they said if I emailed in proof of the statement, then the amount would be fixed. I emailed it in and it still has not been fixed. I would really like this resolved before my water bill is due on the 25th of this month. Thank you!
I have attempted to pay my water bill online two separate times now and the system will not approve my purchase. I have tried completing the payment on two separate occasions (10/08/18 and 10/15/18) and I have tried with different credit cards. I still haven't been able to complete the payment. My name is Brynn and I live in the Regency Court apartment complex. I am signed up through the City of Bloomington to pay our water and sewage bills, but we have been moved in for over 2 months and have not yet received a bill. 1301 S. Walnut St. The meter reading person reported that current usage was 10,000 gallons. There are no drips or running toilets at the property. City crews did do major work in front of the property recently - is it possible that the recent work impacted the sewer water?
