Letter states that water line broke and was damaging her property. Even though water line was not on her property, she repaired the problem and is now requesting reimbursement for the repair bill.
Letter states his basement was flooded. Several days later he noticed that toilet was leaking. He turned off that water. He is claiming adjustment on bill for sewage that did not go through drain and a review by USB.
There is water flowing from the side of the apartment building onto the sidewalk and streets. The water smells like washing machine water.
Customer complained about deposits in water faucets & believes it is due to a new water main installation. Deposits show up partifularly when hot water is in use.
