SIDE YARD HAS 2 FULL GARBAGE CANS AND SEVERAL BAGS OF TRASH THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR WEEKS. THERE ARE ALSO EMPTY CANS AROUND BACK WITH WATER IN THEM AND COMPLAINTANT IS AFRAID OF MOSQUITOS.
