It looks like the photo I'm trying to send may not be working.. but anyway.. In front of 1309 South Lincoln is a gutter that is NOT accepting water..the issue is NOT a plugged gutter at the street level because I have cleaned it out myself.. THis has been going on for YEARS and I've reported it twice..The city looked into it and said that there is no blockage,, but since the water backs up at Every rain, the something is obviously wrong..If you can't get a full street view from the photo I've sent with this message let me know where I can send an email with a photo attachment..Thanks.. Where the new water line is going in on Arlington/17th there is cut actoss the road at the 46 bridge. It has been pretty deep to drive across but today on my way home the west bound lane has ~6inch drop towards the shoulder. Even slowing down I was afraid I damaged my car because you cant see the drop until you have already drove across it. Im in a bigger vechicle and it was a huge jar...

Water runoff is still an issue. I have reported this before and it is causing damage to my yard and basement. This area really needs a sidewalk or curb with storm drains.

Good Morning, I called on Saturday night and spoke to someone, did not get their name, via the emergency number. He recommended I contact CBU on monday but I did not get to it until this morning. Situation is this: 6:15pm - My son and friend are playing near the creek/drainage ditch between Elliston Drive and E Dunstan. All of a sudden a big wash of water comes running down the ditch and proceeded to run for about 2 hours. Could be 3-6" deep roughly, best estimate. I called in and gentleman I spoke with asked that I take a video, which I did and can provide. I traced it back to a culvert outlet which was coming from Allendale. Looked in the inlets on Allendale and could see water was coming from the north and S. Dunstan. I walked up and could see evidence of water dripping from a truck (similar to the drips off the garbage truck). The drip path got bigger and wider until I saw water spill surrounding the top of a manhole in the middle of S. Dunstan at the dead end. I did also notice that there is a storm pond that was half full of water in the Acadia Court apartments. I do not recall enough recent rain to have filled that pond but it looked almost recently drained but hard to say. That's the story. I wanted to report because it seemed an odd time and weather for this to be happening. The water seemed odorless and in hindsight I wish I had got a sample. There may still be some pools with water if you want to investigate. The attached map shows the rough path and the smaller circle to the north is the manhole and the larger the detention pond behind the apartments. The smaller circle to the south is the culvert pipe outlet.

There is no drainage system on Olive street just south of Hillside. Additionally, Ridgemont Ct runoff gathers here as well. Cars try to drive through wich causes waves to sending more water into the effected houses. 18" in the street. Years of neighbors and past residents call for help have garnered no response from the city.

From the houses north on Glenwood from the easement I get everyone’s water and it comes in my backyard across my sidewalk and most of the time up over the driveway.

I am following up on case number 167563 which was assigned to a Mr. Peden. He said they came by and assessed the problem but they looked at the ditch in the front and the problem is not the front it is the backyard and the water comes from the north property onto my property in the backyard and is so high that sometimes it almost floods my house.

I have noticed water running in the street at 9th St. & Prow for the last several weeks as I walk by. Today I walked north on Prow Ann’s saw that it appears to be leaking from the meter box at 527 Prow.

Water running out from under our condo 1916 S Ramsey behind several units and into Queensway east of roundabout. Reported yesterday and assigned to Michael Chase. We have not heard from him. turned off water in house but does not stop the flow of water. Thompson 812-336-4683
