Lots of excessive front yard and back yard growth. The back yard also contains a myriad of trash items such as old toilets which have been collecting water. My pest control company says mosquitoes won't get better here until something is done over there.
There is an extension cord with lights being run across an alley to provide light to this illegally parked vagrant that is living in this RV. The extension cord is ran across the alley behind 1207 w cottage grove avenue. This is a fire hazard , a trip hazard and unsafe. I’m not sure what this vagrant is doing with his sewer and water. The alley runs west to east between Summit Street and Alexander Street and Cottage Grove and wedt 10th street. Thank you.
As commonly done when the storm drain is cleaned they dump the debris into the yard which ends up killing the grass I was told that when they clean the drains they're supposed to take the debris with them. I'd appreciate it if they would I've been fighting keeping grass growing here and when the water goes fast if there's no grass growing it takes the topsoil. Thank you
The runoff creek behind our home has been running butterscotch colored opaque. Noticed the issue beginning at daylight today. Storm creek only typically flows during a rainy period and typically, even during a storm, runs clear. This appears to be a forced flow and we're concerned about the content of the H20. Is this a known issue with Bloomington storm water? If not, please investigate. There does not appear to be any city of bloomington work going on in our neighborhood (Grandview Hills)
Sewage keeps backing up in our bathtub - smells terrible, toilet doesnt flush when this happens and cant be used. Standing water on the floor/carpet. These issues keep happening and the apartment complex says that they fix it and then it happens again. This time maintenance said it is an airconditioning unit. I can explain more if you can call me. the water came up to my foundation again.. Last year I was awarded a grant from the city and as you can see that has not worked. I am inches from the water from cascades flooding my basement. Im sorry for second emailing but I did not realize how th system worked. thank you.
Please remove the invasive species--Tree of Heaven---near the water uplift station near the street on the west side of the property. It is growing very fast and spreading. Thank you.

When is the water going to be turned back on at the Ferguson dog park?
I submitted this issue already as a sanitation issue, but I was told that it is P&R's responsibility. So hopefully it will get routed to the right person this time. There is a drainage channel at the edge of Butler Park near 10th and Fairview that is clogged with stones and sediment from recent flooding events. It needs to be dug out to allow water to drain and avoid breeding mosquitoes. Location is halfway between Fairview and the path connecting Butler Park to the B line.
