This guy leaves his 2 dogs tied up out in the yard ALL the time. They get tangled up together and choke each other. They are without water. I was told that after multiple complaints, Animal Control went there, but nothing was resolved. The people who own the home bought it for their son to live in. They have PLENTY of money to put in a fence, and should be told to do so. These dogs are outside barking all night. PLEASE do something! Thank you!

three dogs are left in the front yard tied up to a fence and tree for extended periods of time. You can see the brown dirt they run back and forth in all day. I'm not sure why they neglect their pets. I am also not sure why they need to tie their pets in the front yard 5 feet from the street. The dogs do not have access to shelter, water, or food. They bark at every passing person walking by.

This man named Adam Naugle is containing birds of prey (falcons) within his property and doesn’t let them out. At least one has died from his neglect. He has lost at least 6 raptors because of his neglect as well. He currently has a dog under one year of age that he regularly abuses. The dog shows abuse reactive tendencies towards this man (running and yelping if he raises a hand). He has body slammed her bc she peed in the house bc he doesn’t let her out for over 12 hrs or she chews something bc he leaves her without food, water, or toys in his truck for long periods. This man should never be allowed to own pets again. He also owes the IRS because he does not pay his taxes properly. Beware the man does own many guns and some are illegal including a sawed off shot gun.

Management of Southcrest estates is deliberately adding antifreeze to containers of water in the trailer park with the intent of murdering the local cats and dogs that reside there regardless if they are chipped or collared. Please look into this issue as soon as possible, a neighborhood cat has already died and was found with antifreeze dripping out of its mouth and it was disposed of by management subsequently by being thrown into a dumpster. This is a hazard and risk to all humans and animals exposed to these toxic chemicals. Especially small children that may hold or interact with affected animals.

Two cats are located at 613 E 2nd St and are currently being neglected. The owner refuses to clean up the litter boxes and only does so once a week. Both cats are suspected to have UTIs and one cat has been throwing up her food for months with no vet appointment booked. The owner, Lilian Ross is renting the apartment and does not feed them in a timely manner nor does she provide them with water. Please investigate this issue as both of these cats do not deserve to live in such squalid conditions.

Dogs have been out barking for the past 3 hours. They are tied up in the back yard without food or water. Owners are neglecting or ignoring them. Very disruptful and the animals are clearly not being taken care of.

It looks like the photo I'm trying to send may not be working.. but anyway.. In front of 1309 South Lincoln is a gutter that is NOT accepting water..the issue is NOT a plugged gutter at the street level because I have cleaned it out myself.. THis has been going on for YEARS and I've reported it twice..The city looked into it and said that there is no blockage,, but since the water backs up at Every rain, the something is obviously wrong..If you can't get a full street view from the photo I've sent with this message let me know where I can send an email with a photo attachment..Thanks.. The drainage easement at the south end of Greenwood Dr., where it dead ends into the sidewalk, is blocked with a landslide of debris. The water level rose to 3 feet on either side of the sidewalk and covered three properties adjacent to the clogged drain with water and debris. Thank you for your help. Jim and Debbie Quinn

The tree inside the large dog park has a large diameter dip around the base of it. This dip is constantly filled with very rank smelling water and I along with all other dog owners have discussed how unhappy we are that we must bathe our dogs anytime we take them to get exercise. My dog needs consistent exercise and the best way to do this is at the dog park, but constant bathing can cause skin to dry out. At one point, the city had placed a temporary barrier around it so I believed there was hope for a solution, but since then the barrier has been taken down.
