Since Park Ridge Rd was recently resurfaced, after every rain, lots of water stands for several days. Not properly sloped to drain. Mosquito breeding pool; winter ice skating rink at intersection.

The street paving is in disrepair due to years of wear and several water main breaks. Patch fixes have been done in past but full repair of this street. Request place to know when the street will receive a new hardtop covering as the adjacent street (The Stands Dr) did in recent years?
A small hole has developed adjacent to a wider area in the pavement that street crews paved over after a water main break several years ago.
The alley running along 609 S Henderson in between Henderson and Fess Ave- the whole alley needs filled in large holes have formed from water run off & increased traffic
An 8 by 2 ft. Section of S. Highland on the west side of the steeet next to the storm drain section (near my house at 926 S. Highland) has buckled and crumbled into various sizes of asphalt chunks. If we have a sustained and severe downpour of rain, the water running down the street will carry the chunks into and block the storm drain under my front drive (on city property) and cause flooding. I am 81 and am unable to clear the street myself. May I ask you to inspect the area and possibly remove the debris? Thank you.
I am a EC commissioner and Utility Dept Storm sewer volunteer and have been trying to keep my neighborhoods storm drains clear to prevent street flooding. I have been removing pavement fragments for several months that have washed downhill to the storm sewers at the intersection of Queensway and Chelsey Court. Today I cleared the debris from these at this location and added new eroded pavement that have been washing downslope to the drains. I consolidated the material on the curb and grass at the northeast drain at the intersection. This material can and has obstructed the drains and some has washed into the underground sewer line. Thus these drains when obstructed can result in street flooding, blocking the underground storm sewer and result in stream water contamination. Can these debris be removed and disposed of? Major depression on west side of road, right before the mailbox for 712 W Glen Arbor Way filling with water and also a wide pothole.
I am wondering why Olcott was left in this condition while repaving recently. This seems to be a good way for water to collect and even freeze if we get colder weather. Is there a plan to smooth this out? Could I also request that the end of Olcott/ Moores Pike gets a look. Already there has been Ice pools at the crease from paving. It’s a dangerous situation if a car cannot stop when ice forms there. Thank you Sharon
