My home owner association asked me to request replacement of the water valve covers as seen in the attached document. The 3' diameter one does not fit it's nest and the 8 '' one is missing.
My home owners association asked that I request replacement of the cast iron water utility valve covers in my neighborhood. I have attached a picture of the one that is missing. It is a 8'' diameter cover located on the east turnabout. There is also a 3' cover that does not fit in it's nest in the yard of unit 713.
Have a sinkhole in yard and green grass over it. Looks like a water leak in main line.
I have a rental property located @ 519 W Graham Plc (Timberridge condos) they have informed me that there is a water leak and the information came from your dept. I am wondering if I could get more information regarding this and if your worker turned off the water @ the meter to see the needle spinnng or if it was determined by the usage??? For the past few days I have noticed moisture apparently coming from under the street at the corner of my yard in the Linden Hill subdivision. The gutter in front of my mailbox seems to have a small amount of water present when no other standing water is visible in the neighborhood. Looks like an underground leak which needs to be investigated. Not bad now but could get worse. Thanks.
