This area needs a street drain. Every time it rains water pools at this corner making it difficult for people walking down the sidewalk to cross the street. During the winter, this turns into a block of ice making it very dangerous for people crossing the street. Children in this neighborhood walk to Child's Elementary School and have to jump over the puddle of water when it's warm and try not to fall on the block of ice that form here during the winter. Please install a street drain in this location. Thank you.

Hi there! My name is Melanie Nelson, I work in environmental services for Daly City. Our department is putting together a workshop on water conservation in the home as part of our "Going Green" series. We see it as a great way to protect the environment while also educating the community and saving them money, it's a win-win-win situation! Your page, http://bloomington.in.gov/waterwise , has been awesome as a guide for the event planning committee, and we can't thank you enough for posting it! The reason I'm emailing you is because a local middle school class has been helping us with the endeavor as a volunteer project and they (very proudly, I might add) found a great article here: http://www.improvenet.com/a/water-conservation-at-home . The article is a basic overview for children on water conservation in the home and its benefits, with links to several great sources for both children and adults. The family of beavers appear to have moved into the detention pond on Tapp Rd. and South Adams Street. They have leveled several trees and are plugging up both the inlet for the neighborhood drainage and the outlet which allows the water to leave the pond. They have stuffed they incoming water pipe very full and water is backing up on the north side of west Adams Hill. This issue appears to be getting worse by the day.

As of December 1st my current lease will expire and possession of the property will return to the property holder. I would like to know the proper steps that I need to take that would remove the water bill from my name and place it back into the leasing agent/property holder's name. Recently a City Water Main was reported broke and water flooded sidewalks and parking lots. A few days later the bank noticed it also left a coating of clay in the basement of the Chase Bank, 2642 E. Third Street, Bloomington, IN. Facility Manager notified city who sent out a Risk Assessor to look at the issue who told the bank personnel that they would call FM back and let him know that he would have to fill out legal forms if we wanted to pursue the city cleaning this up. I would to get a call about the next step and the forms to fill out.

At the corner of Hwy 37 and W Fullerton Pike There is a huge hole on the side of the street. I broke my rim and damaged my tire and costing me around $500 to get replaced and I know I'm not the only one. This is the second time this has happened to me in the past three years. When the holes are filled with water you can not see the holes.

The stretch on Smith Rd between Moores Pike and Snoddy Rd has alot of broken,uneven areas causing drivers to drive left of center to stay on "good pavement". Lots of standing water when it rains

One section of Streetbriar Circle gets flooded due to all of the leaves in the street that block the drains when it rains. One of the drains on that street is adjacent to my property and I have cleaned the drain, and swept up the leaves in the street around the drain many times. Saturday the water was quite high on the street. I don't feel that it is my job to sweep leaves out of the street, but until the streets are cleaned, the drains will continue to get clogged up.

Please help me to understand my water bill and why I am continuing to be charged. My name is Bob Schimp account # 33653-019 and own 522 Graham Place. Parker Real Estate manages the property and has continued to pay the utility bills sent to them. They have been instructed not to have the water turned on. The previous tenant was evicted and left a water bill of $159 and the water was disconnected for non-payment. In September or October I was working in the unit and a man from your office arrived and turned the water on, I immediately went to the office and asked for the water to be turned off. I was told the water would be automatically turned on and billed to me as the owner unless I signed a form at your office which I did (the signed form is on file in your office). The water is currently OFF and has not been turned on since being shut off for non-payment, even as you continue to bill me for water usage. Please under NO circumstances turn the water on as the condo has been remodeled with new carpet paint and kitchen fixtures. Until pressure checks are completed water leaks may damage the new construction. I also ask that you not turn on water until the arrears from the previous tenant is paid and I not be charged while the service has been disconnected.
