I live at 3260 Southern Oaks dr there is a cover not on /missing on a water valve at 3256 Southern oaks dr. My neighbor has hit it with his lawn mower and destroyed 2 of them see rust in the picture of the last hit this year. They are Chinese I believe here affiliated with IU. I have tried to put this lid back on and it seems to be not the lid for this or there is another reason it will not fit. It is a trip hazard right next to the sidewalk. Reported last night that the water in my house was shut off; as of this morning, problem has been resolved. Must have been utility work around the corner or something.

I live at 3500 E Morningside Drive in Bloomington (47408), and there is quite a bit of water rushing through the culvert along Morningside drive, coming from the east. I expect there is a water main break somewhere east of my house. (2/2/2019 - 7:44 a.m.)
