He spoke with the developer, Raymond Moore, about remedies and checked with another excavator who advised him that proposed work was only a temporary solution. Moore came in today without permission and dug up backyard. He asked Moore to leave and Moore did without restoring property. Private inspector said storm water facilities were not up to code.
