Water fountains at southeast park still have yet to be turned on. Will they be turned back on at any point? The fountain by the tennis courts was used heavily by many runners who no longer have access to water on their routes.
All the storm drains on Woodlawn south of Hunter are clogged. IF it rains, the water will flood the streets
We're moving into yet another period with dangerous heat indexes, and the water fountains at Southeast Park still remain off. Can these please be turned on ASAP?
A black Lab is being tied up on a short cord wrapped around a tree with no water in the heat at 3248 Southern Oaks Drive 47401. The dog is barking nonstop and clearly in distress. This happens often, but this is the first time I’m reporting it. Please help him. Thank you.

I wanted to take this opportunity to recognize and thank Ms. Edie Henderson in the Bloomington Water Utilities Billing Dept. She is an asset to the city and all the patrons like me. Edie has been extremely helpful whenever I have approached her with a query. She is a truly phenomenal person who is dedicated to her job. She always goes above and beyond to assist over the years whenever we had a question. We thank her for her efforts and highly recommend her seniors to recognize Edie too for her outstanding work. There is a water or sewer cap with a big hole in the middle, can't tell exactly which service as the hole is too big
City events in the summer are hot, the pavement is even hotter. Tons of folks had pets out at the pride event weekend, for example, and they were walking them on pavement in 93 degree weather which makes the pavement over 130°F. Very few of these pets had booties on to walk around and there was little to no water present. Why is animal control not presenting this information about pet safety and temperatures when it is animal abuse to burn a pet’s feet? Please decide to be present and post this information in common spaces for folks to see and increase reminders about pet safety.
