We have city built ditches/basin along the streets for rainwater drainage in the area. I recently noticed there is a big hole in the middle of the ditch, lots of the water goes into that hole when it rains, looks like it keeps getting worse. Can you send someone to take a look, and get the hole patched please? The storm drain at S Olive and E Hillside should be remedied. It is located at the bottom of a hill and gravel driveways uphill have gravel running down the street in heavy rains. There is so much gravel built up that weeds are growing around the stop sign and around the drain. Now, during a heavy rain, water cannot get to the drain and backs up into our driveway and gets close to the garage. This has consistently been an issue for years. Please remove the gravel and help us with a solution to keep this area clean.

I have called several times over the last 3 years to report a dangerous curb on our street corner. Last summer a young child was injured when they hit the broken curb and fell. Please take care of this soon. The standing water each winter makes it more and more of a hazard as the cement freezes and thaws constantly there. Perhaps you could eliminate the standing water and prevent another deteriorated curb situation in the future. Your quick response would very much be appreciated. Thank you.

There is standing water in the storm drain directly to the north of 1308 S Palmer's driveway. It has not rained in over a week, so I that assume the drain is clogged. Attached photo is the reflection in the water when looking down into drain.

We had a massive overflow of the drainage ditch next to our house after tonight's (2/20) storm. There must be some blockage at the end of the drain because water poured out of the ditch and basically covered our half of our backyard. The ditch either needs to be dug deeper and/or it needs to be cleared of debris in order to assure adequate drainage. We have photos for visual evidence but were unable to upload them through this website. Thank you for your attention to the matter.
