Maybe a complex problem, but there is often standing water (rain or shine, but especially when it's been raining) on the sidewalk and the street in the block just east of Walnut on the south side of 12th Street. .

On February 17th 2014, I was driving northbound on Liberty Drive. I was in front of Arthur Solutions when I hit a pothole that was filled with water. The pothole not only took out one of my tires, but two. Does the city do any reimbursements for accidents such as these? Please contact my via phone. My quick trip to the grocery store ended up leaving me a repair bill for over four hundred dollars.
This home is dumping water from teh sump into Bryan PArk and high levels. It is running to teh sidewalk and is freezing over causing a hazard
Owner has set up a drain from the basement of this house that dumps directly on the sidewalk in front of the house. The sidewalk has been a muddy mess of standing water and a fall hazard ever since. Is this a violation of city code? It seems like it would break down the side walk over time and ,again, be a fall hazard due to the muddy mess.
Huge dip in Madison street causes water to pool in my yard and in front of our house. There needs to be a drain, or water will continue to pool in my yard and flood my driveway. This issue has continued to get worse.
I've got a trickle of water running into my back yard. It seems to be coming from the SW corner of our lot. I wonder if there is another problem with the water main back there. We heard a noise last night and thought it was our furnace making sounds. We turned off the furnace this morning and the noise still happened. We contacted our HVAC person and he went in the crawl space and turned off the water by the edge of the house. The noise stopped. He then went and checked all our spigots and didn't notice any leaking. He then went to the street and noticed that there was water running from the street spigot. He got a wrench and turned off the water from the street and there was water overflowing in the container. The water has been running for at least all night that we know of. We don't ever turn off the water from the street, so don't know what happened. Also, we do not want to be charged for this excess water that we never used. Thank you. I am not sure if this is in relation to the new build next to us at 1110 S. Covenanter Drive.
Due to the storm on Friday night we have a lot of run off rock and old concrete from the ditches above our house on Ruby and Covenanter. Since we are the last house where the ditches turn, we get all of the debris. Can someone from the city please come and clean up our ditch (with the truck that sucks up rocks, etc.)along Ruby and Covenanter? Our front lawn grass is full of rock and mud from the flow of water on Friday night.
