I’m at the SE corner of Maxwell and Sheridan. There appears to be water pooling on east side of Sheridan near the western entrance to my driveway. I noticed ice here a few times last winter but thought it was just frozen road runoff and it wasn’t super cold last year so ice build-up wasn’t significant. But it’s been well below freezing and there shouldn’t be standing water. I didn’t observe anything like this in the spring, summer or fall. I assume there’s a small water line leak underground, perhaps underneath the road. The road is cracked along the edge so there may be some freeze/thaw going on. It doesn’t seem to be an emergency — the flow seems pretty minimal but it does generate some ice south of the wet area when below freezing. I wanted to report this now that I realize what is going on. I placed a stake with orange flagging tape in the area where it seems like water is coming to the surface. Thanks for looking into this. We have had no water for the last hour. My address is 1207 East Prairie Drive. The neighbors have no water either. When will water be restored?

I've been waiting FOUR MONTHS (since July) for the city to move my water meter and connect my new water line to the new water main. The city told me that I needed to do this, and I've spent thousands of dollars to do it. Now it's almost winter. I keeping calling periodically, but nothing gets done.

There appears to be a leak in the water hydrant on Oak Street between 5th and 6th Street, at the alley. The east side of Oak Street is always wet even when it's not raining, and it's directly across from a hydrant. I couldn't find a place to share this information so please share it with the right group. Thanks!!!

Addendum to #168572. Another tree-plot hazard is a house or two south of 514 S Fess and is near the next water meter south of the one I first reported. It is a hole 12 - 18 inches deep beside the sidewalk. The photo show that it is roughly the distance from my foot to mid-calf. Thanks.

The construction on 10th street near the post office is absolutely unacceptable. Not only has it blocked traffic for weeks in front of where I live at Woodbridge apartments, but today the water main was broken and the power was lost.. Whoever is in charge of the operation should be held responsible.

Hello, I was mowing today and noticed that it looks like there is a hole in my water cover in my yard. I'm not sure if this is an issue or why it is there. Any information or help would be great. Thanks!
