There is ABSOLUTELY no way we used this much water in a month. This is a 1100% increase month-to-month in our bill from January to February. Our meter has to be reading wrong!

My water utility bill seems to have an extreme issue and this is quite urgent. I was charged $525.70 for the month of February for my water bill which is basically impossible to do and especially with little to no change in our water usage from month-to-month. This is more than a 1,000% increase in charges from last month. I want this to be looked at as soon as possible and closely please!

First of all, thank you for filling in all the potholes I have mentioned to you over the past weeks. I must say that maybe there is a misunderstanding re # 163413. I don't see any water valve there and the pothole is still the same: intersection of Jordan and Sheridan. Not far from there is another pothole: on S Eastside Drive, where it intersects with First Street. Also, there is a utility cut in front of 1800 E Second, that is getting deeper by the day.

1st thing brings me to this site, my trash was not picked up today even tho was out last nite, damn near 40 bucks a month is 3 x what i was paying with stickers, for the same amount of trash, this sux ass for the poor man, the other thing when i 1st moved to Bloomington it was a nice and beautiful lil city, now its a bunch of apartments AND I mean A bunch, your tearing town Victorian style homes and houses to put up concrete cubes all over, most with no tornado hide outs, looks like a bunch of coffins waiting to happen just add students. And last yr ya jacked up the water rates to pay for folks who dont even live here yet, and the water quality is no good without filters, if this is your ideal of progress all i have to say is why destroy a beautiful town, my guess is all you folks cashing in on bloomington redevelopment. have moved out of town and just really dont care what ya did to the rest of us, because i now live in a town where most of us who moved in 15 yrs and earlier cant afford to live anymore, and since the town has grown ugly who cares, you folks have ruined a once beautiful and free thinking town, replaced buy an over priced town of apartments, nothing but an IU leech. im so sad ya'll did this to the town i was gonna spend my last yrs in.....

Hello, last month I received a water bill of incredible cost due to my apartment having a major leak in one of its toilets we were unaware of until the bill had arrived. Our property manager and his maintanence team was able to resolve the problem and the proof that is in the attached image. I am wondering if there is any possible way to have a reduction in its cost! Bids for Griffy Water Treatment Plant Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials (RACM) Abatement & Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Impacted Soil Removal On March 16, we purchased the digital sets for both of the above referenced bids from the Repro Graphix ePlanroom. We are missing several documents like the Asbestos Assessments performed at the Site by Ogle and Associates, LLC in April 2017 and the Transformer Removal performed at the site by Fields Environmental, Inc. in April 2017. My water for the 5th time in 8 years has been shut off because it was confused with my neighbors. I also believe I have been charged for their water usage. Note they had 4 kids and 2 adults there I am by myself, and yet I had an $80 bill. I live at 2602 South Bryan St. and have been here sense 2009. The other resident was at 2602 ½. This happens after each neighbor moves out. Right now the vacant unit has water in it. This also happened to me about 2 or 3 weeks ago and I thought it was resolved that time. It is Bloomington City Water's responsibility to keep this from happening. I need 3 things from you (1) an apology for having done this so many times. (2) An actionable plan as to what you are going to do to stop this in the future. (3) A review of my utility bill for having been over charged.

Old IUCU drive thru lanes at Whitehall Plaza on west 3rd Street.. The building has tarps covering the front and wind damage has town those off and exposed pipes, graffiti, hanging boards, and water damage. This is an eyesore, dangerous and is not safe to walk or drive by... There are swinging boards and I have picked up several boards with nails in them and placed in the flowerbed.
