Water fountain issue - Sherwood Oaks Park, by tennis courts: Would it be possible to get the water fountain pressure adjusted so that the water flow is correct? Right now, the pressure is so low/insufficient, you literally would have to put your mouth over the spigot to get any water out of it. Thank you!
Standing water at 2nd floor of 4th St parking garage
Large areas of potholes, some very deep, on Highland Avenue. The worst area is just north of Winslow Road, where the Winslow Trail merges with the sidewalk on Highland. Often filled with water so it is difficult to tell how deep they are when driving. Also, large areas of potholes are present on both sides of Rogers Road, toward the top of the hill at the entrance to The Stands neighborhood (up the east hill from the Winslow/High/Rogers Roundabout). The property owner just south of me added a driveway ramp in September 2013 that completely prevents water runoff on the east side of N. Park Ridge Rd. (My property is #300). Water stands for weeks without draining. It is a traffic hazard - especially now when it completely freezes over. (I spoke with members of the street dept. who were out trying to clear the area during the last storm on Jan. 5/6. They told me they would report it to the dept.). It will be an even more severe health hazard in the spring/summer during mosquito breeding season. I understand the need for the ramp. However, could you persuade this resident to at least partially remove some of the ramp to allow water to effectively drain once again - please? I made a report on this issue in September 2013. According to this program the case was/is closed. However no action was taken and the situation persists.

These barriers at co live 14th &college are supposed to be water filled. They just have an inch of rainwater.
This morning (1/19/21) our water heater broke and we had to have an emergency water shut off. Our water heater was fixed by 10am and I called to have our water turned back on. I was PROMISED that a technician would be by before 6pm to turn our water back on. No one arrived so I called the office and received a very rude response when I called to check if someone was still coming. I was told we would just have to be serviced the next day, even though I was told I would be serviced on the 19th and never was. This is a true inconvenience and we received an incredibly rude response.
I was walking my dog today at 5:30 5:40 and walked on the yard in front of my house and I fell through the manhole cover in the water system the lid for the manhole where the water supply is located was obviously horrifically play inaccurately placed and is leading to it being removed and I stepped on it and fell through and hurt myself so this needs to be repaired as soon as possible
Last night we noticed a large amount of water (more than from snow melt) across the center path, in front of the green bench near the restrooms. It looked like it was coming up from the ground, like from a leak in a pipe.
