The alleyway between Cardinal Spirits at 922 S Morton St and the building to the North of us continues to flood and cause water to flood down into our building. We would like to request some kind of simple drainage solution such as a ditch to be installed to mitigate this problem.
I'm unable to find where I can submit payment online for my water bill. I've gone to the "Pay Utility Bill" page, but there isn't a link for Aqua Pay.
111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS. I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather. I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results. Pothole near covered water access/manhole type area on 17th Street going east. Nearest intersection is 17th and Woodlawn, but the pothole is before you get to 17th and Woodlawn if you are going east on 17th Street. It is in the concrete area surrounding the manhole.
Alley between W 6th & 7th and between Maple and Fairview needs To have holes filled in to prevent standing water and mosquitoes breeding. Thank you

Pavement over recently repaired water valve at the intersection of University and Eastside is already subsiding.
E First near the intersection with Highland. Water valve that could use a little asphalt to smooth it out?
Greetings- Please direct this to Angie Grubb-Flick's attention. On Indiana Ave just north of Kirkwood in the east side lane there appear to be two missing water valve lids. We are having a road foot race (city permit obtained) on Saturday morning Oct 27, 2018 and need these lids replaced or filled for safety.
On E second Street parallel to the footbridge near Anita there is a water meter cover that has not been raised to the level of the street which makes it feel like you are driving over a pothole.
