All the storm water runoff from the White Oak Cemetery basin, during very hard rains, cannot be handled by the 4-storm drains near the intersection of 7th and Oak Streets. The excess is diverted through the gravel parking of our neighbor at 1025 W 7th, washing the gravel onto the street. The storm water then turns and washes through the alley between 6th & 7th Streets. It then goes through our carport and yard washing our mulch away in places. Oak street was paved in the past and is higher than the storm drain at 7th and Oak so any excess water has do go through the gravel parking instead of down the street. I would be happy to meet someone to look at this problem. Thanks.

Storm ditch has lots of water in it, and plant life growing.Needs to be cleaned out.

We have cleaned the tops of the grates in front of our building but can not clean the culvert in the ditch, which is clogged with debris. We also have one grate that has erosion barrier under the grate which won't allow water to pass through as it is packed with mud. We were flooded in 2008. We were within a foot of it entering our building early last Saturday morning. Please send someone to address this issue before Friday. We can not survive another flood.

Sorry if this is duplicate submission. Not sure last one went through. I have gulley in front of my house that is blocked by growth coming up between sparse rip rap. Water is eroding the gulley by finding path around foliage and leaves carried from upstream. Went out today after rain and water in not draining well at all. The storm water drain located at the front of the house is flooding. I have cleaned the area, however its an issue in heavy rains. I have reported this issue previously as well. Appreciate if someone can come out and address the issue since its the only drain along the street. The drain is on the left side of the driveway. Thanks

There's an open storm drain that consistently becomes clogged and gets backed up when it rains, causing the water to spill over the road and flood our side yard

I filed a report about three weeks ago about a blocked storm drain that keeps overflowing and spilling water into our yard. It overflowed yesterday, and it's like a river of water running over the street and into our yard. The water is doing considerable damage to our side and back yard--it's basically underwater whenever it rains. This really does require some serious attention. Either a more thorough clean up or repair. It's costing us 100s if not 1000s of dollars in repairs to our yard. Please try to fix this. The storm drain is clogged on the 1300 block of W 6th Street, and our house is 1315 west 6th street.
